Use the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Product Model Name (or, if you know it, the Regulatory Model Number - RMN). Note that product ordering numbers / SKUs (e.g. WW194EA, 475323-021, etc.) will NOT be recognized.

For most flexible search results:

Use the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Product Model Name without suffix characters to find all available product related documents (like DoC or GS), e.g.:

• DL380 instead of DL380-G9Hewlett Packard Enterprise ProLiant Server model)
• Ultrium 1720 instead of Ultrium 1720 SAS (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Tape Drive model)
• Switch 1820 instead of Switch 1820-8G-POE(Hewlett Packard Enterprise Networking Switch model)

For limited document-type results:

Use the Model Name along with document type (like DoC or GS) e.g.:

• DoC DL380 (shows only Declaration of Conformity for all DL380 models)
• GS R1500 (shows only GS certificate for UPS 1500 model)
